in 1997 Kingsway Printers were approached by a member of staff who asked if they would be interested in supporting through sponsorship, an established team of flat green bowlers who, were in need of financial aid to continue in their local Grimsby & Cleethorpes District League.

Since the forming of this partnership over a decade ago the team has become one of the top teams in the area in top flight Roving Jack and Rink leagues. Becoming Roving Jack Champions in 2005 and 2007. They have also had great success in local cups and have gained a reputation as a formidable team boasting several players competing at individual, county and national levels.

Kingsway Printers Cleethorpes Band has been in existence since it's first performance in 1897. Based from it's new premises (one of Kingsway Printers previous print works buildings, thanks to current President and former band member Jim Pullan) they are well known within the local community for their concerts both indoors and out, competing at both local and national level.

Kingsway Printers Sponsored and provided the match balls for the 2007 Under 14's Challenge Cup Final held at Grimsby Town FC's Blundell Park
