Decorative Self Adhesive Labels
Kingsway Printers are delighted to have been able to win the industry standard Flexotech Award on three seperate occaisions as a direct result of our ability to produce high quality self adhesive labels on a variety of materials with excellent results.
Kingsway Printers are able to produce labels from plain case ends for overprinting in direct thermal to thermal transfer to 8 colour clear on clear 'no label' look labels.
Foil and over lamination is also available.
Peel & Read/ Reveal/ Re-seal labels are a speciality and the process we use is limited to only a handful of UK printers. Our newest addition to this range is the Clear Peel Labels, which are proving to be a big success in the food markets where additional space is required but not at the expense of the final products quality.
Sheeted labels are a huge part of our business and once again Kingsway Printers can offer a wide range of substrates and adhesives.
Kingsway Printers are able to supply unsupported labels and cards where no adhesive is present.

Digital Print & Labels
Digital Print is ideally suited to smaller runs when costs need to be kept to a minimum. Kingsway Printers offer a digital print facility enabling clients to take full advantage of the benefits this service can offer.
Kingsway Printers Digital Print facility offers the quality of conventional print but without the costly expense of plates. Label quantities can be supplied from 1 to 20,000 units using the digital process before the project becomes more aligned to the pricing structure of Kingsway Printers conventional print processes.
The range of digital labels is endless and is especially prudent for pre-launch proofing where brands need to be shown to your own clients before securing the contract
Digital print gives you the option to do this without the need for plates etc. This ensures that any 'tweaks and amendments' to the labels can be done in a cost effective manner.

Cosmetic Tube Labels
Labels for Cosmetic Tubes are supplied at very competitive rates. Utilising our exclusive material we can ensure that adhesion and flexibilty are assured to enhance the brand image of our clients.
Labels are supplied in up to and including 8 colours and can also include foil (gold, silver, bronze or any of our special colour range). Materials can be either clear or white.
Sensor marks are supplied pre-printed to help with the application of the labels onto the tubes prior to forming.

Wrap & Banding Labels
Wrap & Banding Labels are used primerily when promoting additional packs, sizes etc. for product lines.
The labels can be in any length upto an incredible 2ft (609.6mm) in length and 330mm wide.
A wide variety of substrates are available to help with attaching both light and heavy additional items.
Bands can be white or clear with a full blockout facility to cover over any article number barcodes.

Container / Tub Labels
Kingsway Printers specialise in labels for containers, bottles, drums & tubs, with the ability to supply labels using all types of materials and adhesives available dependent upon the end use requirement.
For container labels Kingsway Printers ensure that the adhesion fits in with the material structure of the container so that initial through to long term adhesion remains constant.
Drum Labels are produced to British Standard BS5609 for Salt Water Immersion. Kingsway Printers have vast experience in this market servicing several major clients.
Bottle and trigger gun labels are also a speciality. Whether produced on paper or the latest synthetic constructions in white or metallics and for varying shapes Kingsway Printers ensure the easiest specifications for quick fire applications to help clients with savings on their own production line downtimes.
Tub labels once again are available is several formats, in paper or synthetic form with varying adhesives to choose from. Commercial Print Division
Kingsway Printers commercial Print Division has been in operation since 1972 and continues to service many of Kingsway's long established clients as well as newer ones.
From Business Cards and letterheads to multi carbonless sets and pads Kingsway is able to produce quality print to tight deadlines. Larger print runs are also a specialitiy of Kingsway Printers especially when linked to the stocking facilities Kingsway offers, giving better unit prices.
Another speciality is the production of Ballot Papers for local government at which Kingsway Printers excel due to many years of experience. Exacting criteria and tight deadlines are always met.

Peel & Read/Reveal/Re-Seal
Kingsway Printers can produce Peel & Read/Reveal labels on a variety of papers cards and synthetic materials, bonded to any self adhesive laminate.
Any desired configuration of permanent hinge can be applied or the label can be produced hinge free giving a completely removable top layer.
A custom shape of adhesive kill on face can be applied facillitating easy peel from carrier material.
Labels can be die cut to any desired shape with upper facing layers in up to 5 colours with single colour printing on reverse.

Peelable Dry Peel Labels
Ideal for use for vouchers, tokens or keep sheets these labels are as above but when peeled off from the base label show no signs of adhesive at all.
These labels therefore perform ideally for post use.
Once again they can be produced in upto 5 colours to both face surfaces and a single colour to the reverse layer.
